Jose's Story & Real Estate Philosophy
After earning a BBA from Baruch college in New York city in his twenties, Jose aimed to enter the real estate market. But before real estate, had a long career managing various technology departments for the New York Public Library.
His eventual relocation to Florida presented the perfect opportunity for his real estate dreams.

Jose's first deal was one for the record books. An expired riverfront listing in Mandarin which he sold in less than a week.Â

Challenges: Not every deal is always seamless. One of Jose's most difficult deals was a single family residence in St. Johns, listed for $2.6 million. In total, 5 buyers fell through for different reasons - financing, family matters, unexpected relocations...This deal was so challenging because he did everything "right" After a long several months of grueling campaigns he ultimately found a buyer whom he ended up representing.Â

In 2023 Jose was elected to the board of the Mandarin Community Club, a neighborhood club here located in Old Mandarin, Jacksonville Florida. Involvement in the board has grown Jose's network, confidence in the neighborhood, etc.
